I was out for some dry weather riding, that's all. I like to fill up the tank and then just keep picking turns I haven't taken before and see where I end up. Today I picked a really nice sequence that led to sweeter and sweeter riding. I found a sign for Burkittsville and remembered the Blair Witch Project and figured, what the hell. I made a couple more turns and came across this scene. What is depicted is a swath created by a tornado that ended up taking out the house shown in the first row of pictures, above.

This area is about a mile from the scene above. There's a mountain range between the two spots. It looks like the tornado must have done damage on one side and then jumped over the mountain and wiped out the other side.
